I was told I needed to restrengthen my glutes and the muscles around my hips to stabilize them and I wouldn't be able to do unilateral work ever again. This program helped strengthen my hips and glutes so well I'm doing unilateral work constantly and haven't had pain in months. As well as toning up my entire body and getting stronger. 5 ★As someone who did powerlifting and Crossfit style workouts before finding this program/app, I have to say I absolutely love these workouts and don't think you need to be pregnant or postpartum to get benefits (though I found it great for my postpartum recovery). I love how the different work out plans meet you where you're at and slowly progress into being more challenging, everything is well explain and demonstrated so you know exactly what you're supposed to be doing. Highly recommend.
