1 ★The app won't let me connect. I've tried factory resetting the glasses, reinstalling the application, even tried on multiple devices. The glasses connect via Bluetooth (yes, I've erased it and reconnected) but it won't let me take photos and videos with the glasses thanks the application making the glasses worthless to me.
4 ★So far so good. At first I was having issues becuase the videos were not loading up on the app. But I gave it some time and they all where there. Very surprised by how good the videos look. The only complaint I have is the 30 second limit on videos. I know it's part of the privacy concerns, and they put that feature in there to safeguard those concerns, but I've noticed that once people know what you're doing and understand what the device is they are cool with it. Wish they'd change it soon!
1 ★Absolutely unacceptable that this app runs constantly in the background. There's no features that require constant usage of the app. Also, needing location to import photos is the most innane nonsense I've ever heard from an app. Facebook, why not just tell the truth and have the prompt say, "We need 'always-on' location access to invade your privacy and track your movements"?
4 ★Linking them is a pain when you have 2 pair, which you really need because one needs to charge while the other is on all day. Navigation would be great in the app if the battery dies that way I could at least look in that area. Other than that the glasses are 5 star all day...I love how comfortable they are and people are certainly on their best behavior when they are worn cuz they think they are being filmed. I get the best service everywhere I go. LIFE HACK!!
2 ★Couldn't log into Facebook. No clue why. Loaded up the Apple version of the app and it gave a more detailed error about the user opting out of the Facebook platform. Under privacy settings then "apps websites and games" I had to click the turn on button. Then the app could log into Facebook from both iOS and Android. The app doesn't really do that much.
1 ★30 second Video is too short. We should be able to record as long as you want. You have control to stop the video. Why additional restrictions? App is very glitches and unable find the glasses. The app has gotten worst since the updates. The worst app! Glasses keep disconnecting and unable to do software update!
1 ★This app isn't compatible with many devices. I had issues during the initial setup process, the glasses needed an update before use, but for some reason it kept giving an error that the app couldn't connect to the glasses WiFi connection - something you can't manually setup. The app had all permissions granted but nothing worked. This was on a Nubia Redmagic 7 pro + so I tried on my Fold 4 and it worked. Went back to my other phone and they worked fine, including wifi & updates. Please fix setup
2 ★The app is an absolute mess. I went to an event today and took several photos and videos. The app crashed everytime I tried to import them. So I delete the app and re-download it and now all my photos and videos are gone. $300 for the sunglasses and you can't even access the camera fully. What a shame
3 ★the glasses are cool, pictures good and video is passable (eh), these damn glasses pair up every time you put them on your face- break Bluetooth connect with your current audio set and ALWAYS FORGET THEY ARE PAIRED TO YOUR PHONE EVERY TIME YOU KILL THE BLUETOOTH CONNECTION. Forcing you to repair every.single.time. its not there yet- wish you could pull from standard wifi direct without the weird app- that's all it really uses
1 ★You're ruining a potential great product. now you're forcing us to set up another account to login... I was going to buy a second pair. Now I think I'm done completely... Plus the 2 device limit means I can't have a third pair of sunglasses... At least they're nice sunglasses. Already taking away features ...auto montage is now gone. new photos and videos appear when the app loads, just have to click the button to download them to the app... but video downloads from glasses are kinda slow.
1 ★The first thing is that it is only after I buy the glasses that I am warned that it only works correctly on a few phone models. After recording the video, I am not able to view the video within the APP, I am not able to share it via WhatsApp or view the video outside the APP. The mp4 seems to be a strange format that doesn't work on my phone, but my wife's iPhone works. The AI didn't work here in the UK either, I don't know if it's a general problem. Unfortunately I will be returning it.
2 ★Does not play videos at all. Looses photos and videos. Starts importing but then they just never appear in the app (and disappear from the glasses) it's a shame, great hardware ruined by terrible software.
