1 ★App update will not work.. it does nothing but bring you back to the same page!! Whatever you changed, change it back!! Such an inconvenience when you really need it and cant use it!!
2 ★Update on issues with the update: I found that I was able to get onto the app once I'd uninstalled and installed it again. Hopefully this will help anyone else having the same issue!
1 ★Hey if you all need someone who can competently upload a working app or fix a months old app breaking bug let me know I'm still unemployed and this is just embarrassing. I've received 3 emails in the last 2 months to try the same broken app. How can you repeatedly screw up this bad when telehealth is so critical to healthcare right now? Test your broken app before you send mass emails for everyone too try it.
1 ★Its telling me to update & yet when I click update it has already been done. Then when I select open, it sends me back to the screen saying I need to update. They have a big glitch they need to get fixed on this update.
1 ★Says it is "upgrading to the My Spectrum Health app" and to "check for an update soon." Has been doing this several days at least and I have no way to access my account or schedule.
1 ★I am also having the same problem. Seems something like this should have been worked out before it was released. I haven't seen any change since the reviews have been presented to you. Very disappointed and FRUSTRATED.
5 ★Trying logged in this app, I need reset my password. Only me seen and all doctors see this app Spectrum Health.
1 ★Poor! Horrible! Non working! Told me my password was incorrect, even though I know it wasn't. Locked me out, waiting for tech response. Which I know they're busy right now because clearly the app is not working. Video chat worked for me one time in January. I have tried three times after that and no luck. When I try updating it just takes me back to the app store. They need better code writers assigned to this, especially when more people are using app!
1 ★It took me weeks to be able to sign in and it still takes several attempts to login. Once you finally get in after anywhere from 5-30 minutes you have to hunt for what you need. You no longer have the 4 digit code to enter for quick login you have to enter your user name and password and if the app decides to let you in you can get to your chart. Now you have to hunt to find what you need. I needed to refill meds but couldn't find that option so I had to opt for an email to my provider.
1 ★The Spectrum Health app is incapable of using. The new update on my Samsung Android has none of the information that I put into it. I need to contact my doctor now! Please fix this!!!
4 ★I also found that when I was asked to update, that it brought me to the app store but there was no option to update. What worked for me was to uninstall the old app and then install the new updated one. I hear a lot about people having trouble with their passwords or usernames not working. You can have the system send you a reset to your email. I also suggest utilizing your phones biometric password holder. I now open most of my secure apps with my fingerprint.
1 ★Terrible expierence!! Log in. Tells me after 5 tries I am logged out. It was my first try. Sent email they sent me and sorry for delay email. Called. 30 people before me. Stayed on line WAITING ,Finally after 1/2 hour of waiting they came on and said this office is closed. It closes at 5 or 7 pm. It was 1:45. Pm. Have 6 test results I cannot access.
