1 ★Thank you Happify team. You all have come this far and I believe you can achieve far beyond your imagination. This can help people like some orphans who have no one or nothing in their daily lives. There will always be demanding humans on this planet. I wish you all every success on your journey ahead.
4 ★I loved the app. very helpful for the time i needed it. Be warned though it is VERY difficult to cancel. Its not user friendly and makes you jump through hoops. for example, you cant cancel from the app itself. you have to do it from a computer on the website, not your phone on the website...it will not let you do that either. and if you paid through google pay you have to cancel the subscription through them. ugh...took forever to figure it out! but the app is great & helpful.
2 ★This app seems like a good idea at first. It looks reputable and it feels like it is going to do what it says on the box. The premium subscription looks stupidly expensive but hey I figured I would try out a "free" track to test run the app in earnest and if I liked it enough I would have subscribed and paid for the premium content. However I am pissed that the "free" tracks are peppered with premium content that is locked. I can't even have a decent test run of the content.
3 ★Good, well thought out design and UX, but there's something slightly off putting (aka, disturbing) about the AI interface. It simply does not lend itself to genuine soul searching. Basically it feels like I'm talking to myself, which is not the least bit evocative, or effective, and I can't see that changing, at least until the robot singularity.
5 ★Great app for mood enhancing mini games.
3 ★I didn't want to give 1 star, because I am sure it has its ups. But, I downloaded it to just check it out and ending up deleting the app the same day. Didn't realize you get daily emails, and the ONLY way to unsubscribe on a phone is through the app, SUCH A WASTE OF TIME. It's honestly little stuff like that, not user friendly, that inevitably makes me rate something. Sorry, please update how to unsubscribe and delete account.
5 ★I genuinely enjoy this app, while a little robotic and as much as I hate premiums-- I have noticed my optimism has increased, as I've been doing these as a sort of nightly (2am) routine. I had a lot of trouble controlling my intrusive, anxiety induced thoughts and it was negatively impacting my life a lot-- but the gentle guidance and suggestions have helped me a lot! I don't think this app will cure anybody's disorders, but it helps with mindset and that's all I could ask for! 😅
2 ★So far I find it rather shallow and trite, I hoped for more. A quiz for personal positive qualities was so basic and the results were not revealing or vastly accurate. The balloons game is a bit repetitive and basic. You can only do one track at a time. The answers in another quiz how much you know about happiness or something were mostly predictable except one which was a study done on students. If they thought they had less time they were happier. Try that on a stressed out 50 year old.
3 ★How about more games? Crosswords, word searches on different topics, asteroids with negative word "rocks". A memory game to find positive emotion words. Connect word pairs like "what can come from difficult times, struggle = perseverance, misunderstanding = learning, helps to learn reframing. Writing activities are important, but more quick play games would entice me to buy a subscription.
5 ★I have used the Happify app as well as website for several years and really like the variety of tracks offered, even for free. if you do pay, I feel the quality of the upgrade is worth the cost for the expanded selection a d access. It strikes the right balance of serving both populations and as someone who has used both at different times, I appreciate that.
1 ★Newest update is very disappointing. I was a premium member for two years and then chose to go to the regular programming since I wasn't needing it quite as often. As of this last update I've lost almost all the abilities to get in the content because everything is now listed as premium. I shouldn't have to spend $150 a year just to enjoy something that has actually been quite beneficial to this point.
5 ★This app is actually great! It helps me to communicate people, be more confident, and find my career. I like the videos and articles, it gives us empathy and change your skills. The activities are fun. I like that one game called "Negative knockout" because the game wipe out my worries. The other activity I like is the "Kindness Chain." because it really thoughtful to compliment people and get rid of negative thoughts. I love this app, it change the way I feel.
