4 ★So most problems that occur is the fact that it doesn't connect to your watch. It's frustrating but after fooling around with the app, I found that some watches will sync with a different "device". This is what my watch did. It wouldn't connect to the device that actually looked like my watch but it instead connected to another device that looked SIMILAR. I believe this is the key to get it working. It may seem tedious but try out all the different devices to connect your watch. Also, try using data, the WiFi might mess up the connection but this solution worked for me and I didn't have to return the watch. Hoped this help! (Also, the app counts the driving as "walking" so take note of before and after and do what's necessary.) And when the app closes, the watch will stop counting steps, but the watch will sync with the phone, so originally, your phone will track the walking you do. I also advise for the sleep activity, before you go to bed, launch the app and let it sit there through the night. You can lock the phone and it will be fine but make sure that when you unlock your phone, the app is there. If the app closes, it also loses track of your sleep activity. Hopes this helps!
