Please kindly note that the postal code field is only used for booking, not for address searching. When you click "Get Address" the app will search for the address based on your CURRENT location only. If you only have the postal code, you can directly use your postal code to book taxi directly. You can turn on the GPS so that the address will be more accurate.
If you get a "location provider not found" error message, please check to see if the following option "Google's Location Service" or "Use wireless networks" is turned on in Setting/"Location & Security" or just "Location."
