1 ★App is very poor. Hangs slot. Searching options are very poor. Most importantly you order a product and you get something else then you suffer to use a fully piece of ** app to make a complaint then they say sorry you have to include pictures in your complaint and when you try to do so they say sorry you can't make complaint twice for the same item. I would never recommend using Awok at all

1 ★It's such a bad app .Please don't download it is a scam.I bought stuff for cooking like pans and other things and when they came they were damaged and their quality was so cheap and bad.I also bought a watch,when I came to turn it on it didn't work and it was 25 aed. All their items are fake and I suggest to not use this trash app. It deserves 0 stars but I can't do that😡.I even uninstalled the app after I saw the quality of their products.

1 ★Awok gives some good offers but the app is really annoying... You can't even verify your email address or you can't type while changing your address... Really they should work on improvement of their app interface..
4 ★I hope there is wishlist. Delivery is improving, faster now, however, there were some electronics that need warranty because there are some that within 3 days, it is not working anymore and the warranty is already expired within 2-3days
