Use the NYU Langone Health app to access information about your care at NYU Langone on a mobile device, anywhere and anytime.Log into the app using your NYU Langone Health MyChart account to get mobile access to the following:
• schedule and change appointments, including virtual urgent care visits
• schedule and change most imaging exams, as well as view arrival instructions, preparation instructions, and imaging exam results
• view upcoming appointment details
• view your electronic health record
• view your released lab test results and standard ranges
• request prescription renewals
• send secure messages to your healthcare team
• get notified when it’s time for your annual physical, flu shot, and other preventive care needs
• view health information for designated family members, including children
• pay your bill
• view your COVID-19 vaccination history, status and test results
You can also use the app without logging in to schedule a new patient appointment or virtual urgent care visit, or to pay your bill.

5 ★In my case, the app is an extraordinary means of visually exploring the once unviewable recesses of my inner body. Actually seeing the marvels of my anatomy and physiology has changed my perception of physical reality. We are surely either the design of a higher power or the most improbable, result of a millions of serendipitous, accidental miracles. Add to that courses in organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacology, radiology, and I still have not fully described the usefulness of this app.
5 ★Fantastic app. I am always able to get in touch with my doctor's, see test results and make appointments.
1 ★Terribly slow! A waste of time to try to fill in any information on this app. It takes 5+ minutes to wait for the landing page. It is easier and quicker to fill in a form with pen and paper than to use this. Sometimes the app just freezes and crashes. I can't believe hospitals put up such inefficient apps when they could do much better for their patients.
5 ★Much improved. Terrific Help Desk staffing & instant links. Of course, my NP (PCP) and all referrals at NYU are appropriate, timely, and acting in the highest spirit of diagnosis and treatment. The attention to updating lab reports, sending/receiving messages in real time, printing off reports w/o need for the tedious repeat processes of 'release of info' forms, if I choose, or for travel, is outstanding. I recommend its use to prepare for a visit, follow up, and address Rx refill issues.
1 ★Terrible for those that are older, not user friendly , difficult to navigate and very frustrating.
3 ★3 stars because its always saying' Log In Error Trouble communicating with server 'Almost everytime I try to log in. I have been using this app for years now and its always showing this statement. And although you guys have updated the app it continues to happen. I literally have to sign in numerous times .Sometimes I log in and this statement appears and then when I go out of the app and reopen the app .I am signed in and can see my information without logging back in.This is unacceptable!
2 ★Been using this app for a while. No problems really. For maybe a week now I cannot log in through the app AT ALL. I've had to use a web browser on my phone to access mychart and there dosen't seem to be a help button for the app that I can use
4 ★It's good. Its basic and simple, which I like. Easy to access info and such. I do have a constant issue of the app not signing in. The same error as others, but tends to work after a few times now after closing reopening the app. Not a big deal.
4 ★I am trying again with this. It is important that it works. Generally I would prefer to just log in to the MyCHart wich has served me well all this time. APPS suck generally, but they really want to push us towards the APP. Keeping my fingers crossed, seriously. Please work.

1 ★App was great until it stopped working a few weeks ago. "Login error : there was a problem communicating with server. Try again later" I can't login 99‰ of the time. I see others have the same problem. Please fix it.

IT KEEPS ME ORGANIZED AND ON TOP OF ALL MY DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS AND I ESPECIALLY LOVE THAT I CAN INDIVIDUALLY SCHEDULE MY OWN DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT HAVING TO CALL IN AND WAIT TO GET THROUGH TO THE DOCTOR'S SECRETARY OR NURSE!! IT'S ALSO VERY USER-FRIENDLY AND EASY TO GET AROUND! I AM USUALLY IN AND OUT IN A FEW MINUTES AND IT'S ALSO A GOOD FEELING IN KNOWING THAT I CAN DIRECTLY EMAIL AND ASK MY DOCTORS QUESTIONS WHEN I WANT TO!! IT'S A VERY PERSONABLE APP TO USE!
