1 ★cannot use! i had this app on my last phone. I got a much better phone and have tried 3 times to download it. every time i log in, it immediately pops up to tell me to log out and log back in. I do that, and get the same message all over again. Help!
4 ★I like iSS but it took months of hard work for this app to grow on me. Be reliable!!! Most phone shops are not worth it compared to the pay. Some MSC pay once a week so it is a decent shop filler. There are free drinks and merchandise from every month.
1 ★For the last week or so, every time I open the app and the close it, it leaves a persistent "running in background" notification that I can't swipe away. I have to go into the app info and force stop the app to get it to go away. Very annoying.
1 ★This app is junk I spent a day doing a shop filling out everything like asked and didnt get paid because my purchase was under $10.....they only reimburse you up to $10 why would I spend my own money to do a job for them ...so pretty much do thier shops they will make excuses not to reimburse you for anything good luck
1 ★Some better shops, better support. Some of the shops aren't worth the money. I was denied for a shop because I did not drink/consume or buy an alcoholic drink. they play around with your money and time. I will never recommend this app/company to anyone. stay away if you DO NOT work for free. it takes forever when a representative replies, very horrible communication except when it beneficial to them.
5 ★I really love this app. It is so easy to follow and the communication is excellent. I especially like how the available shops are laid out. instructions are straightforward and to the point
5 ★I love this app. The ease of use it perfect with the busy life of a mystery shopper. it does get stuck from time to time and does not show any questions in the page and you have to go back and forward again.
1 ★This app does not pay for its shops. in addition it is extremely difficult to tell whether you have been scheduled. There is zero training or tutorials to use the app and it pays much later than any other secret shopping app. Go with a different one.
5 ★Great app, very user-friendly. Easy to complete and submit shops thru the app as well. Not much variety, but lots of Wawa shops so if you're a fan of them, you'll really like. Only shopper app I use.
5 ★As far as apps go, iSecretShop takes first prize with their skillfully constructed website. I've visited a large number of shopper websites over the past year. iSecretShop surpasses them all. This website is so very manageable and uncomplicated. I've not once found myself frowning at my computer screen while utilizing their site. SUPER job everyone!
2 ★This isn't profitable at all. If you want to go shopping to random places to give a review on they will reimburse you but the reimbursements don't cover both the price of parking and your purchases for the evening so this is just a clever way to advertise retail businesses.
1 ★To be honest I haven't even tried the app, reason being to me is that if a company really cared about its standings in the publics eye, it would at least have a representative on here to try and correct the issues in the critical reviews and to thank the ones who give positive feedback. I haven't seen one response from this app in relation to anything being said here. So the one star is for their disregard for public relations. And the problems that the employees are having.
