Gema Surya FM adalah stasiun radio resmi pertama di Kabupaten Ponorogo yang telah berdiri sejak 19 Februari 1968. Dalam perjalananya Gema Surya mengalami banyak perubahan bersejarah mulai dari frekuensi yang semula AM Menjadi FM hingga format siaran berita yang variatif. Dalam sejarahnya, berita tidak pernah lepas dari Radio Gema Surya, hingga pada tahun 2018 Gema Surya telah mengubah penuh formatnya menjadi radio berita.Dengan slogan inspiratif, akurat Gema Surya FM menghadirkan program baru bertajuk “Jelajah” untuk masyarakat Kabupaten Ponorogo dan sekitarnya. Jelajah adalah program real time news yang mengajak pendengar untuk aktif berinteraksi. Dengan format dan program baru Gema Surya FM diharapkan masyarat Ponorogo dapat memperoleh informasi yang tidak hanya cepat namun akurat.
