1 ★I down loaded two apps per CSR. However, like others, scan, finds truck, but that's all it does.

You need to download "KARR Security" app and log in on that app, scan your vehicle and you should have access to your vehicles and alarm settings. You're welcome. ;) (No funciona en ciertos modelos nuevos, la interfaz y aplicación es vieja y no soportada. Descargen la aplicación nombrada "KARR Security", registrese, escanee su vehículo y obtendrá acceso a su vehículo y ajustes de alarma). De nada.;)
