1 ★Worst app ever. They will give huge discount on products but there service is very poor. I am fed up by trying to reach them they even don't have a proper communication system I have to write long emails then also what I receive in reponse is again an auto gnerated email. They don't deliver goods on time and also late delivery had crossed every height 2 weeks since my estimated delivery date but haven't received my product yet and I had placed that order since 23 days
1 ★i am highly unsatisfied with this app. not able to get through there customee care since one week. fb page is useful ghey r of no help. had been requesting on fb messenger n emails to arrange a call but no use. cannot cancel/ exchange / return my products through the app........ all prepaid orders...i am scared if i hv wasted my money....

The app doesnot have customer support contact number and when im trying to reach them via the mentioned email addresses there is no response from the other end. I purchased 4 clothes from the site and now i want to return them but, the exchange/ refund option is not active only on my profile. I tried reaching these people for help but there is no one to answer my queries. Highly dissapointed!!!!!!!

I received two products from them,however the status still shows dispatched on the App due to which i am unable to create a return request for it. I have sent like 20 emails on their contact email id but got no response from thrm. Not sure what should i do in this case. Should i send the products back and will i be getting the refund . please help
1 ★There is not tracking option. If you need something fast, because of that only you will opt fast delivery in 3 days then also you will not get it then what is the purpose of buying. There is not customer chat support or any number given to contact with them. email is also not active to resolve problem. After placing an order you will feel helpless whther you will get your order or not. Worst experience.

Your order may take more than 15 days also and they have just provided an email to contact through which no reply is expected. Otherwise there is lot of variety for clothes. But there is no mode of contact
