1 ★Checking out the aha subscription option while got subscribed without paying any amount from Act app. Worst app ever. No proper billing support also. Always need to call customer care directly for billing issues, payment always fails or delays, sometimes unable to receive email copy of invoice. Please correct these faults in your app.
1 ★Customer support not up to mark and also network slow ness... Other one is billing and invoice is not getting on time when I called to customer care they told it's ACT poliicies...and also not committing what they promising at the time of taking connection. Even the app is also not customised to customer needs and all options not meeting customer requirements for raising issues.,I have good opinion on act fiber unfortunately it's not now.
1 ★Did not bother to fix internet issue for 13 days, and I had to take the trouble for many days to work it out with local tech myself. I even actually requested demolition crew to save their CX box, I have a photo to prove it. But they have conveniently forgotten this, and now don't even reply to compensate me for the outage and billing. ACT fiberbet, hope you are proud of yourselves.
1 ★More confusing on data usage..no way to contact customer care..all they have is predifined answers..you will not get what you are looking for 50% of the times.. Watch yourself on the home page in your app and see how customers will understand the numbers displayed there. It's always confusing numbers in bill amount,due date..etc
1 ★Reliability is the word which ACT doesn't care, in my stint of 3 months as a customer , I had 4 internet blackouts, which lasts at least 20 hours, I don't understand even after living in a center district of the city, they take a min of 20hr to fix a issue, this last time was heights, they ended up taking almost 8 days, 1 whole week to fix the issue. Had an horrible experience, I rely of the internet for my work with these kind of service, I request people think before getting the connec
1 ★Very poor services. Pathetic... App doesn't work. Network services are THE WORST. Customer services team is just kay dolls. Nobody cares for customer discomfort. Even they are okay if you are opting out of their services. They doesn't seem to provide any solutiins for connectivity issues. Same one junction box problem. Their attitude is like we are like this, if you want stay with us otherwise go to other network providers. Simply pathetic. Worst of the worst. Unprofessional...
1 ★Worst experiance, i have shared my live location and address to Act person and she confirmed its servisable and i will get connection before 2'clock yesterday. After her confirmation i have shared all the required document and 6 month advance rent. Till now no one is visited home and got a message saying it will take 7 working days to get conncetion. Now no one is picking the call and dont know to whom to reach. Also reached customore care they are use less asking 72 hours time to reply.
1 ★Such a worst fibernet. I am using this connection from past 8 years. I am fed up with these guys problem, i.e once if it starts raining, I am 100% sure there network don't work. After that I have complaint them and wait for 24 hours to fix the problem. After fixing the problem by them, if the rain comes on the same day, the problem repeats. Pathetic service.
1 ★If you are planning to take new internet connection, don't make a mistake by choosing ACT. Go for Hathway, Airtel, Jio or any other local provider because atleast they won't close your service request tickets without providing any resolution. I agree that previously the ACT service was good in Bengaluru, but now it is really very worst. The customer service people are so arrogant. If you have ACT, then you will end up paying for another internet also which you will be using most of the time.
1 ★This is vry worst service that they provide, just to file a request for relocation I have been struggling from 4 days now ,their stupid app doesn't work and have been explaining the same but agents are like it can be only requested from app or link which is again 404 error.I need internet for work and these people are creating unnecessary ticket of everything except relocation, and if you have so much faith in the app then better make it work , called the support over 10 times. Don't buy this.
1 ★Worst experience eventhough we have paid amount for new connection it's been 3 days not a single person reported to my home for providing network connection and adding to it they are calling and saying like we are near to your location and will be there in few minutes but not responding. Thank you so much for being so loyal to the customer and customer service is more worse than anything else I have experienced in this past one year.....opted not to contact anymore to this service provider.
1 ★Please do not take ACT service as it is pathetic. They have very bad customer support. I have been facing issue with the connection from past 9 days and it is still unresolved. When i keep calling them they just say that they will check but no updates at all. They hav also closed my ticket without resolving it. It is very difficult during the lockdown as we are working from home and they dont bother to help you.. please go for other service provider instead of ACT.
