1 ★The app does not entertain any grievances. Any complaint made in the chatbox disappears after some time. No other facility to contact the customer care is provided. Payment process for buspass is too troublesome, none of the mode facilitates smooth payment. There is always an error occuring in making payment through each and every mode. Very disappointing !!!!
5 ★1) the tracking is accurate (if the app says the bus is 2 mins away from your stop. It means 2 minutes. No more or less.) 2) you don't have ask the conductor constantly if your stop is here in a new route. Just track the bus you are on in the app and get down when the app shows the bus is at your desired stop 3) tracks even the rare routes (saved me so many times when i had to take the bus to clg) Used it for 3 years. A huge thank you.

1 ★This app used to be very very useful in my daily life , but idk what happened after lock down.. i am a college student so i have to travel via busses regularly . This app used to be a lot more beneficial but now it doesn't even work . My rote bus is 8a but it doesn't show live tracking now. An year ago it would show accurate live location of the bus , but now it will just show u the time table .

But the problem is unable to book tickets and some near places and routes are not showing noot available to show improve the app add more features and add more information immediately implement and don't repeat it again ticket booking facing technical issues arising with less time to book tickets conveniently improve the app and solve my issue.
