أما إذا كنت ترغب بتسويق عقار اتبع الخطوات التالية:
1- التسجيل بالتطبيق : إن التسجيل بالتطبيق مجاني فكل ما عليك هو اختيار اسم مستخدم و كلمة مرور ثم
الضغط على زر ( مستخدم جديد ), إذا تمت العملية بنجاح يمكنك الدخول للبرنامج عن طريق الضغط على زر
( تسجيل دخول ) مباشرة.
2- معلومات الاتصال : بعد التسجيل بالتطبيق يجب عليك تحديد اسم العرض و رقم الهاتف حتى يتمكن الزبائن من التعرف عليك والاتصال بك.
3- إضافة العقارات : يتيح لك برنامج عقار تسويق عقار واحد فقط بشكل مجاني.
4- إضافة الصور : بعد إضافة العقار يمكنك إضافة 3 صور لعقارك.

1- تستطيع من خلال برنامج عقار تعديل بياناتك الشخصية و عقاراتك بالكامل.
2- لن تظهر عقاراتك في نافذة استعراض العقارات حتى يتم الموافقة عليها من قبل مزود الخدمة.
3- تستطيع الاشتراك ببرنامج عقار عن طريق الاتصال بمزود الخدمة.
عند اشتراكك ببرنامج عقار:
1- سيتم عرض عقارك بشكل مباشر بعد إضافته من قبلك دون الرجوع الى مزود الخدمة للموافقة عليها.
2- يمكنك عرض أكثر من عقار.
3- لن يتم حذف عقاراتك بشكل اوتوماتيكي كل مدة معينة.
