Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Useless! No pdf stored on the handy, so you have to take the paper whereever you go.
2 ★If you choose to close the app, you have to scan the qr-code again.
2 ★What for? This app only allows to scan a certificate but not to store it in the phone. So what should I do with an app that doesn't keep my certificate digital? If I need to carry my paper form certificate with me, I won't need the app. And the paper form is a poor DIN A4 paper sheet that -if not protected by a plastic foil- will be damaged in your wallet/purse. Would have been better to get a vaccination-card-like paper or even plastic card such as a credit card format.
1 ★As long, as the app is not able to save my Covid-19 certificate (like the German or Swiss apps do), it's pretty useless for me.
5 ★It would be nice to add some history option.
1 ★Can't store my certificate digitally..seems a bit pointless.
1 ★I don't know why I couldn't install it.
3 ★The app does what it was designed for, but the option to store one or more certificates would make it a lot better and usefull. It is not easy for everyone (especially older people) to login to myguichet.lu, download a pdf and store it on a smartphone. Adding this option would make life easier for everyone. Or just create a second one for storing the certificate, like Switzerland did.
1 ★Einfach nëmmen schrecklech schlecht. De certificat get net gespeichert. Fier näischt ze gebrauchen
1 ★Scan très très très aléatoire. Une éternité pour scanner QR!
1 ★Totally useless
