5 ★I have used this app with my company for almost 4 years now. it's been easy to operate. on older versions of tablets and phones the app won't work that great but over all the price books and estimates and taking payments it all is fantastic. I'm gonna be running a company soon and I will definitely use servicetitan again there. it's amazing how it all comes together. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP!!!!
3 ★the buttons on this app are so tiny and are hard to press lots of times . to try and go back and or select anything is a pain . if im writing a note it makes the note screen larger then i cant make it smaller i have to scroll over to hit the next button . for my job i should receive notifications if i have a new job but i dont i have to frequently open the app and refresh to know if i have a job or not . if they fix these changes that would be great if not dont purchase.
2 ★From my experience as the technician using ipad: Constant glitches with functionality, shutting down unexpectedly, losing the time banner and back button atop the screen, losing the save button in forms constantly, losing pricing in the catalogs as well as the images, not being able to get out of a form and having to close/reopen the app. Another very import horrible designed function: WHEN NAVIGATING FROM JOB TO JOB TO RECALL INFORMATION WE ARE UNABLE TO DO SO FLUIDLY!!!!
4 ★There needs to be drain line cleaning check off for outside units not only indoor units so if doing maintenance on split systems, since maintenance teams have a tendency to split up, there should be a way to enter that on the forms so that the forms can be signed and closed by each team member. It makes no sense for a tech working on an outdoor condenser to have to check the boxes for the indoor air handler when another tech is actually doing the maintenance on the air handler.
2 ★This app is just ok. Has alot of annoying flaws. For the amount of money you pay to use this service there should be hardly any problems. There are better services out there , that are more cost effective. Check them out before you get locked into Titan's unfair contact
1 ★I had no problems with my phone until I had to put service titan moble on my phone for work.after I put this app on my phone and it now freezes up to where I can't make or receive phone calls or text messages. I have to reset my phone multiple times a day just to make sure I am getting my calls and texts. I know one other person at that has the same issues
2 ★This app is filled with glitches and bugs I am literally losing customers because of it.... I go to order a park and then I go to look for the picture. And it's not there making me look very unprofessional happen to call the customer and go back out so I can get the picture of a tag on air-conditioner
5 ★this is an amazing system it improves my everyday today efficiency it allows me to understand what's going on with the customer prior to getting to the customer it allows me to create my invoices very easy I am extremely happy with the product thank-you service Titan for all that you do and continue to improve your services and make it easier for my job to get done and I will always appreciate you
2 ★This program is over kill. To many required clicks to get where you need to go. I don't need three customer signatures to sell a capacitor. Takes 5 minutes to fill out the information to sell said capacitor.
1 ★This app sucks my company uses it but chooses when to work. Half the time you will go to log in amd it just says "getting ready" for hours and have to grab a diffrent device alltogether just to log in. Save yourself the time amd hassle amd go with something else that works all of the time every time
3 ★Its a good app very helpful, needs to be able to log into two devices at the same so then when I log on my phone it doesn't log me out of another deviceso that I can take pictures on my phone and still be logged in he also needs to be able to take multiple pictures instead of taking one picture then clicking the picture button
1 ★App really sucks. Allowed our company to take us off the clock while working. They disables the feature for us to clock on and out. Taking us off the clock while STILL working. Stick to paper invoices! Dont bother switching
