Description
Application destinée à analyser et comprendre la COURSE DE 1/2 FOND. Cette application s'adresse aux élèves (collèges, Lycée, Fac,...) aux athlètes, profs d'EPS, entraîneurs et sportifs en tout genre.OBJECTIFS SPORTIFS:
Visualiser l'évolution de sa vitesse en course de durée (plusieurs tours paramétrables)
Comparer le pourcentage de la VMA Tour après Tour.
Evaluer sa régularité de course.
Exporter ses données au format Tableur (.csv) et graphique (image)
Calculer le temps de passage en fonction de la distance du Tour, de sa VMA et du pourcentage choisi.
OBJECTIFS PEDAGOGIQUES:
Optimiser la relation [COUREUR-OBSERVATEUR] grâce à une interface accessible et fiable.
Connaître les résultats de l'observation en direct dès la fin de la course.
Observer et renseigner le coureur pendant l'effort grâce à l'outil numérique.
Permettre l'utilisation d'une Tablette ou d'un Téléphone portable à des fins pédagogiques.
Transmettre les données (tableau et graphique sauvegardés) au professeur et/ou entraîneur via email par exemple.
