El Buen Consejo Móvil (EBCM) es un programa de psicoeducación para personas que están experimentando depresión o ansiedad leve o moderado. Los usuarios aprenderán habilidades para manejar sus síntomas de depresión y ansiedad en ejercicios autoguiados por media de la app, como técnicas de aprendizaje para superar estados de ánimo negativo. Las estrategias aconsejadas tienen un enfoque de terapia cognitivo-conductual.El contenido de la app se divide en 6 semanas, con un tema diferente para cada semana, tal como “Actividades placenteras” y “Relajación”. La psico-educación se realiza en presentaciones breves (de 1-3 minutos) de video y de grabaciones de audio.
