The ZAZ stolen vehicle recovery call center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help assist you.

With optional convenience features, the ZAZ device will allow you to view your vehicle's location at specified intervals. It can also help monitor your vehicle with alerts of low battery voltage, excessive speed and vehicle movement – get email notification whenever the customizable threshold is reached.

Use of the ZAZ mobile application requires additional hardware and professional installation which is available through new car dealerships.

5 ★I love this app ❤️

1 ★Could never accurately tell me where my vehicle was located at any given period. Randomly telling me my vehicle was over 200 miles away from my current location when I was standing next to the car or driving it. When driving there was no real time tracking. Overall a gimmick sold to me by my Mopar dealership that was a complete waste of money. If you are hoping you'll be able to find your vehicle if stolen, seeing where your child or spouse is going during the day with this, you're out of luck.

4 ★Works as advertised with the following exception: The alert notification is slow and inconsistent. Of the three trips/movement taken only one is reported. The log doesn't register the speed.

2 ★App constantly crashing. Would send me a couple days worth of notifications at one time.Stopped sending me notifications altogether. Update didn't help.

2 ★It's never truly accurate, I have issues constantly of it dropping location on my truck. Contact customer support, it's NOT helpful at all. It's a rip off if you ask me.

1 ★Almost useless. The GPS. Inaccurate at best. Trips, you can't point to a certain area and look at it. You have to scroll through the ENTIRE trip.

1 ★Zaz was once a great application but as of this past month it's gone down hill. The in app odometer is 50k+ miles more than the actual odometer in the car. I've tried multiple times to change it but it will not. Also my tracking went offline last week for a full day after an update. No explanation or anything. Please fix this issue as it's a major factor in whether I continue to subscribe to this service or not.

1 ★Don't buy the service. If your car is totaled out you won't get a refund. This insurance dosent consider it something they incorporate into the total out either. Not worth the money.

5 ★***App and/or ZAZ GPS hardware apparently don't work anymore. Dealer says it's because of 3G cellular being phased out nationwide. Too bad, it worked great while I had it. Previous review: This came pre-installed on a vehicle we bought. I never would have chosen to buy it myself, but now that we have it, I will probably subscribe after the year is up. The app looks good and works. It also has unexpected features like voltage, mileage, fuel level etc. Love the service and love the app.

1 ★This app is total garbage. No way to clear location tracking and repeatedly shows me recalls for unrelated vehicles. I doubt my sedan needs a recall for it's delivery truck refrigerated system.
