5 ★Before we couldn't do a MILKRUN without being forced to take a photo. Now if it's not marked 'contactless' there's no option at all to take a photo!? What this app fails to do is account for customer change of mind, they might mark it as a drop off and come out to meet drivers anyway or leave before drivers can hand over orders at meeting point.

2 ★I reckon it would make sense to add a tipping option so customers can tip the driver! There is no reason not to add it and it would benefit the drivers. It would also be cool if you could have your own profile and there should be weekly bonus if you complete said amount of deliverys. Overall the app covers the basics, but I fell as if there is a lot of potential possiblitys to benefit everyone further

Or 2 Sliding to accept automatically opens the restaurants location on Google Maps (same function as map icon) Maybe allow this function to be toggled on or off. 3 Sliding to pick up automatically opens customers location. 4 Enlargening the order number + customers name. Restaurant staff squint and get confused where to look. 5 Order request notifications!!!

1 ★AVOID these terrible driver conditions. so many ways a driver can get screwed over. I'm ashamed that this busniess model is legal in NZ it truly is unethical

4 ★I like using DE app but I have problems when it comes it!!! Using up most of my data to keep it running, I've found I'm having to purchase more data add-ons.

1 ★Photos Take forever to upload, usually have to do it a couple times before it works. Can loose a few minutes of time waiting. Bring back the option to skip, frustrating when the person meets you but still have to try and upload a photo. Messaging with dispatch has many bugs, have to continously close and open again for it to work.
