We don’t use big, expensive brick-and-mortar stores.
A typical Norwegian grocery store is between 700 and 1200 square meters and is usually in a prime location. That costs a lot of money, and we don’t want to pass on those unnecessary costs to you. Instead, we have a huge warehouse outside the city that has much lower overheads.

When the big chains add a new product to their range, they have to transport it to hundreds of stores and will probably have to replace something else to fit it on their shelves.
Our warehouse has room for thousands of items – including special items from suppliers that ordinary shops can’t justify making space for. Our low overheads allow us to offer a wide selection without passing costs on to you. That way, you can browse through thousands of items every day – you can even suggest products we don’t have in our catalog yet! We’re always expanding our range and we often use suggestions from customers in our choices.

We cooperate with both large and small suppliers to give you a selection few other grocery stores can match. Our very own bakery offers organic baked goods made to order (which means less waste!), we always have fresh fish and seafood of the highest quality, while local butchers offer top notch meat and sausages – even ox tail, if that’s what you feel like!
We prepare some of these items especially for your particular order, which means they’re not sitting in a warehouse or out on display, they come straight to you.

We've made some improvements to your dinner bank with this update, including keeping the description visible when you're making a dinner, and support for links in case you have a recipe you want quick access to. 2 ★The core functionality is good, but it is unstable as can be. It said "could not fetch basket" every time I tried to reduce the numbers of eggs in my order and I had to restart the app. I worked around it by removing them from search, rather than inside basket. When I tried scrolling in search it just hangs and prevents scrolling, more often than not. When I tried to delete a list, it hung until I exited the page and reloaded. This is all just from my first order
1 ★The app and Oda keeps getting worse, previously there was no condition for free delivery as new user, why do I have to order every two weeks now? The search shows the highest margin products. Why has the feature to show doorstep delivery disappeared? The delivery slot pricing also shifted for what's most convenient for Oda rather than the customer. The delivery fees are incredibly high it's not worth buying anything, may as well get a few extra things from the store for that price
3 ★The app doesn't work. After startup it displays this message 'We can't reach the store right now. Check if you're connected and try again '.

5 ★Veldig ryddig, smidig og god brukeropplevelse i app. Oda er genialt for folk som sliter med å komme seg i butikken, prøver å unngå unødvendig handling, holde seg til budsjett, sliter med tidsklemma eller utfordringer med transport og bærekapasitet. Hvis en vare er ødelagt e.l så er kundeservice eksemplarisk, forrige gang tok det 10 min før klage var løst med refundering.
5 ★Eksepsjonell kundeservice! De er alltid vennlige og positive. Da jeg ikke var tilgjengelig for levering, tok de seg tid til å komme tilbake senere og levere maten – virkelig imponerende service!
1 ★App always uses the wrong address. I have 2 addresses, and the app doesn't use the last address or address that is closest to your current location. Then Oda does only partiall refund. One star for the bad app that helps to lose money, all other food delivery apps use the last address and have notification when you choose address far from your current location. PS: They did only partial refund, which is bad, but also they made it in 28 transactions!!! One transaction per item :(((((
2 ★Search is broken, app hangs when the search is, complete. Been that way for months
2 ★Dere trenger å fikse de "reservasjons" notifikasjonene som dukker opp i hytt å pine. Ikke veldig nyttige når de funker heller. Er heller ikke noen instilling under varslinger for å slå det av. Det er heller ikke noen kategori for disse varslingene i Android notification settings. Eneste måten å slå dem av på er å slå av alle notifikasjoner, noe som er ganske upraktisk i lengden.
