صحيفة اليكترونية صادرة عن المؤتمر الشعبي العام (الحزب الحاكم في اليمن)..تأسست في العام 2003م حيث قام الدكتور عبدالكريم الإرياني الأمين العام للمؤتمر الشعبي العام آنذاك- والنائب الثاني لرئيس المؤتمر حاليا بتدشين الموقع على شبكة الانترنت رسميا في 6 ابريل من العام 2003م،كأول صحيفة اليكترونية يمنية على شبكة الانترنت لا وجود لها على الورق .
*كانت صحيفة المؤتمرنت عند تأسيسها تعمل تحت إشراف الدائرة الاقتصادية في المؤتمر الشعبي العام التي تولت مسؤولية تأسيسها ،قبيل أن يتم تحويل الإشراف عليها إلى الدائرة الإعلامية في أكتوبر من ذات العام .
