3 ★Overall, it's a pretty good car service. I use it often, at least 3 times a week, several times a day. This morning my driver was on the phone the entire time while driving and the driver I'm riding with now DID NOT pick me up at the door. After waiting for him outside, longer than what was text to me, he made me cross in the middle of broad st. as he sat in his car, not safe or fair. I pay to get picked up at a specific address and that is what should happen.
