Namun karena masyarakat dirasakan masih butuh BST, program yang dijalankan sejak April 2020 ini diperpanjang hingga tahun depan. Bansos Tunai ini diberikan kepada 9 juta keluarga yang bukan penerima Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dan Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT).
