1 ★Money has been taken from my account. Even though I paid for for a month use. I do not have an active subscription, however $17.17 was debited from my account today There is no record on my playstore as a subscription nor in my google pay. So Luvly are either sneaky and hoping I wouldn't notice the odd payment amount debited or their site/app is not secure and my details have been leaked. There is no live support to assist and the emails I've sent have not been responded too. Don't not use app!
1 ★Avoid. Check out trustpilot - I wish I had before I signed up for a trial. How they've got high stars on here, I don't know! They're only in it for money! No reminder or warning at all before payment taken, and don't care if you have no money to live on. DON'T sign up to anything with them if it's not through Google payments who have the decency to send you a payment warning and actually care about their customers' experience. Response-missing the point-I'm not thick, just can't remember things!
1 ★DONOT INSTALL !!! The app is useless and way too expensive... I wanted to pay only one month, but IT KEEPS TAKING MY MONEY and autorenewing and I cannot find a record of the money being withdrawn on playstore or Google Pay, they withdraw your money in a sneaky way and they will not return the money!
3 ★So I really like the app, I don't know if you can see the difference on my face, but it's very relaxing. However they charged me twice - once for the 3-monthly one, and at least once (although presumably more than once) for the weekly programme, while I was still covered by the 3 monthly one. I'm going to assume it's a bug in their software, but it's one they need to fix. I tried to contact them directly, as I assume it's an oversight but they don't seem to have any way of contacting them.
1 ★Make sure not to use this app ever, they are changing me every month and this has no end, I had canceled my subscription months ago. Design and marketing are great but don't get into this trap.
5 ★This is a good app that itemizes the techniques for keeping your skin young and supple. I was worried about not being able to cancel when I wanted to - judging by the negative reviews- but the customer service team is good and met my requirements. What else would I want?!
2 ★Worked fine for first 2 sessions, but now it won't let me move on to day 4 even though I've completed day 3. At the end of the video, it asks me if I want to exit. If I say yes, it doesn't register it on my profile. If I say no, the video just restarts. So I'm paying for content I can't access. Also, I find the explanations of certain exercises difficult to understand e.g. "Twist your abdomen". What does that mean?!
5 ★I am a 70yr old woman with expected smile lines and lip lines and I feel my skin is much less taut than it used to be. I have been following the Luvly Face Yoga App for almost a week ( yes that's all) and my cheeks are much rosier and I've stopped wearing foundation altogether! Friends have commented on a real glow on my skin. Thanks, Luvly x
2 ★Too expensive. Didn't even bother trying the trial because I know I won't subscribe to that pricing anyways. Ended up having no clue what the exercises look like. Uninstalling.
1 ★This app will continue to incur charges indefinitely, and unfortunately, there is no option to delete your account. Save yourself the frustration and time; avoid dealing with your bank through this app and don't bother downloading it.
5 ★It's really amazing..I can feel the difference within 3 days only...incredible and easy short exercises. We actually don't pay attention to our face exercise..that's why we get wrinkles...aging and all ...why do we get it on our face the first than other parts..bcoz we don't use our facial muscles..so we lose it...just use it or lose it...the basic thing about muscles.. I am very happy with luvly...
5 ★I really like this app. When I remember to do it everyday, my face looks visibly brighter and more awake due to the regular lymphatic massages. I haven't noted less wrinkles or jaw line - yet - but I'll continue with it for the lymph activation alone. These are exercises you can do anywhere anytime when you memorise them! I'm doing them whilst in meetings, watching TV etc to get the blood flowing around the face, neck and pectoral muscles and lymph activation/drainage.
