東寧宮下元節地藏王菩薩出巡遶境活動，是新竹市每年重要的宮廟盛事之一，即將於2020年11月29日(農曆10月15日)舉行。期許廣大信眾能在樂活防疫的全民共識下，不論遠、近，都有機會共同參與此盛典，因此設定「科技護衛領航，保境平安」為此次遶境活動的主題，
遶境當天，當地信眾與來到新竹市觀光的民眾，都可以利用APP查看遶境實況及遶境隊伍位置，以便就近參拜或觀禮，提供極大的便利性。
