1 ★Once was a good app. Currently useless. Now, it won't accept an address entered on the single line available in the form for requesting service. I can enter it 9 ways from Sunday and it will tell me a street address is required when I go to submit. So much for convenience. Guess I'll just have to go back to calling someone there and increasing their workload. In the meantime, Leon County Commissioners, could you pay a real app developer to correct the functionality issues with this app?

1 ★Doesn't work on the latest Android platform. I loved the app. Phone was replaced due to hardware failure. Newer Android version and now the app does not work.

1 ★Did not get a notification for a recent dangerous weather event very near us even though I had gotten such notifications in the past. When I try to open the app, I get an error. Deleting it!

1 ★Does not work. I get a pop-up saying it was made for an older version of Android and "may not work." Then when I submit a request I get an error that submission failed. Other issues include instructions overlapping the text entry boxes and all county services do not appear to be available.

1 ★Not very useful. Can't submit requests. App hasn't been updated in 4 years. App also requests/requires access to things that aren't necessary. Needs to be completely overhauled.

2 ★Doesn't allow me to submit a request. Error message keeps popping up on Android 11. No use for the app if I can't submit any requests!
