Tutti i soggetti in arrivo in Sardegna dal territorio nazionale o dall’estero, e quelli arrivati successivamente al 23 febbraio 2020 dalle zone rosse di cui al DPCM del 8 marzo 2020, hanno l’obbligo di compilare l’autodichiarazione.
