Aplikasi MyRPH Online ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah yang telah menggunakan Sistem RPH Online (http://rphonline.teknologihijau.net) mengurus rekod mengajar masing-masing. Preloaded dengan Rancangan Tahunan (Yearly Plan). Sebarang pengemaskinian boleh dilakukan di dalam aplikasi ini. Maklumat yang terkandung dalam aplikasi ini adalah Maklumat Subjek Ajar, Maklumat Rancangan Pengajaran Harian, RPH (Lesson Plans) dan Maklumat Rancangan Pelajaran Tahunan, RPT (Yearly Plans). Memenuhi Pekelililing SPI Bil 3/99. Ciri-ciri baru aplikasi android ini berbanding versi web adalah:
1- Versi android membolehkan tetamu luar (tanpa login) untuk mencari Rancangan Pelajaran Tahunan, RPT (Yearly Plan).
2- Versi android membolehkan tetamu luar (tanpa login) untuk mencari contoh aktiviti untuk Rancangan Pengajaran Harian, RPH (Daily Lesson Plans).
3- Ibu bapa boleh menyemak keputusan Pentaksiran Berasaskan Sekolah (PBS) sekiranya anak-anak disekolahkan di sekolah yang melanggan Sistem RPH Online.
4- Modul baru RPH0. Pengguna boleh menaip sendiri dalam Medan Tajuk/Tema, Standard Kandungan dan Standard Pembelajaran. Berbanding dengan ciri sistem sebelum ini iaitu sistem menyediakan data untuk medan tersebut.
Amat sesuai digunakan untuk sekolah-sekolah Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM). Versi web telah memenangi Pingat Emas INDES 2015 (Antarabangsa), ICOMPEX 2014 (Kebangsaan), Pingat Perak ITC 2013 (Negeri Perak) dan Pingat Gangsa EDUINERI 2013 (Antarabangsa). Inovasi ini juga telah dibentangkan di Digital Education Show Asia (DESA) 2015 di Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).
