1 ★Not able to download, please look into the issue.. How can I uninstall the app, which is not installed. The problem persists in installation. Kindly look into the issue
3 ★Great app content, just a shame about the problems with downloading purchased content. The workaround is to go to a wifi network on a different ISP to your home wifi and try again. This only half-worked - most of the content still isn't downloaded. This isn't acceptable, and needs to be fixed.
1 ★i bought the program but I can only use the first part. For example when i clicked any lesson from future, i get a warning like that " Content check - One or more units failed to download fully, Try again?" and then i click "ok" and then start to download and then the same problem continues after the installation is completed. İİ couldnt anywhere for discuss this issue so that i am writing here. Anyone can help ?
3 ★Why do I have to always retrieve the missing contents ? That's annoying,isn't it? Once I purchased it,I would expect a smooth operation of the app. Now I have purchased the full version for my IOS and it still won't work! Come on Cambridge,give back my money or speed up your rectification.
5 ★Great app with cool contents and interactive exercises. Right now I purchased one group of chapters but the installment process is pretty slow. I don't know if it is because of my phone, the wifi or the app but it is taking ages. Anyways a great app for students and teachers

1 ★I bought English grammar in use book that comes with a token to get the virtual e-book, but the Cambridge bookshelf has a lot of books, making it impossible to use, why I can't unlock English grammar in use app's content with the book code? (the content is the same).
5 ★the first time I had installed the app it haven't worked. then I sent an email to the support. they ask me to uninstall the app, restart and install again. after that it downloaded the units I purchased. so, if you downloaded the units and it have not finish, follow this trick.
5 ★I purchased all the units but I found out couldn't install app to other devices. Hope you Dev could make some changes, that user can log in and access the lessons without new charges. Thank you. 1 ★Great app, but I'm unable to download content. It keeps failing all the time. I've tried everything, including the new option to download missing content. Very upsetting, as I'm using this app to study on the go, and I'm not able to continue.
1 ★Warning for Android users! This App would never fully get downloaded. Seems to be an innate fatal error in its algorithm. Refund wanted. Tried numerous times with the CHECK FOR MISSING CONTENTS but the contents still would not get downloaded. Endlessly turning circles seem to be making fun of me.
