2 ★Doesn't always send notification in your selected language, not clear through the app what features you have and their rates, does not show you your balance offline, so you cannot always kbow if you are out of credit or if the network is just down. Basically only good for seeing how much data you have left and giving them more money
1 ★We have a fleet and during migration they completely messed up the login details. Fleet members lost access, invitation doesn't work. 80% of the menu options are taking you to the website where you have to logon again. App logs you out frequently with silly errors. They failed to migrate bank card details which is probably a good thing. I wouldn't trust my financial data with such an incompetent company. Features are still unavailable, app won't tell you. Like a hidden object game...
3 ★The app itself is ok, works fine but it has a lot of unnecessary functions that cannot be turned off. Paying the bill and checking my data consumption is way enough for me, and not interested in any offers within the app. Another issue I have is that I have to login again and again as I do not use it every day - I've been using the same device, why do I need to enter my credentials?
1 ★Very rubbish app. It does not launch as detects root. My phone is not rooted at all but using custom rom. I have Vodafone UK app also installed and working great. GooglePay and banking apps are also working with no issue. Except this bloody Vodafone Magyarország. Annoying. I am using custom ROMs over 5 years but i have not got this issue before with this app.
1 ★This app, along with Vodafone hu latest weeklong "upgrade", is a joke. After having shut down the service for a whole week for a supposed service upgrade, now you simply can't log in. It won't let you in with your old password, and when a temporary password is requested it sends you an empty message.
1 ★I cannot log into the app, everytime i try to log in it goes: oops something went wrong come back later; but late is never late enough. Even after i try changing my password. Everything is so hard with this app and with vodafone in general so frustrating.
1 ★Time to change provider.....App was great before latest updates; now, when started it says "version not supported" while it is latest version; is missing the pay option, isissing dashboard of data, missing all those "pre-upgrade" features. But yeah, maybe this is the way to reroute customers to website...or reroute to another provider
4 ★Interface is quite okay, the main issue that I am having is that, there is no option to check how many minutes/sms I have left in my plan. I can check the data I have used up, but not the minutes, for that I need to check on the Web interface which is annoying.
1 ★A month after the week-long outage-update and the app is still good for nothing, redirects to the homepage 8 out of 10 times. Also, I can't see the only thing that mattered in it: how much data remains. It's nice that I could buy more data but it'd be super useful to see my data usage before that...
3 ★I like the Good things and that they give away free data sometimes. Unfortunately, often I don't get it and I spend a long time on the phone with customer service about it. Also, every time I want to use the app I need to type in my phone number and password (in spite of using the "remember me" option that clearly doesn't work). It is very irritating.
1 ★The new update for real is very disappointing!! Always shows up "timeout error" and takes a while to respond, MOREOVER, it's not even showing how much data left for me anymore! I'm really wondering what kind of software or IT engineers you have to come up with such an update...
5 ★What you would expect in 2019. Simple, shows what you need, doesn't crash, available in English and easy to use. I would make it look even more simple but it's OK already. The best thing in it is GoodThings, some perks you get if you have a proper pay monthly SIM.
