1 ★It's not a problem unique to the DICE app but it's still very much present, bots. Lots and lots of bots. There isn't nearly enough protection against bots, the show I wanted to attend sold out instantly, no human can buy tickets that fast. And there are bugs too, a ticket sale that open in 4 hours says in opens in 4 days and stuff like that
1 ★Transferring tickets is a nightmare and invasive by forcing you to give your phone number to strangers. Plus, when you reach out to try and resolve ticket issues, you get an email that they're working on it and then a 'sorry, the event happened and nobody helped you' email.
1 ★Way too many clicks to get to my tickets. Forced to use app no other option for their shows therefore forced to deal with ads just to get to tickets. There's still a huge opportunity to actually be better than Ticketmaster...
1 ★A garbage app rolled out before it was fully developed. You can't sign up and the help information given doesn't correspond with the interface. Absolute garbage.
2 ★The app has a great user interface and it's easy to use when it works. I've used it for for several festivals and gigs without a hitch and I've managed to find free tickets on it to some good shows. However, recently the screen has gone black when I've tried to open it. This happened when I was at the front of a queue and I had to reinstall the app and get re-verified. I've since tried forcing the app to stop and uninstalling it again but nothing seems to work for long.
1 ★Tickets made super complicated (and it doesn't work). A friend wants to send you tickets but then they have till 17h to do it and I have until 18h to claim it. The link doesn't work. I cannot get in. All this could be done by a simple code with an email, like trains have been doing for a decade. On top of that it's a choir event we are talking about, I'm not booking a spaceship to Venus. Such an unnecessary app that made my life worse, congratulations!
3 ★I've used this app for years with no problems, however I can't seem to open it anymore, it just goes to a black screen. Reading recent comments it seems a few people are experiencing the same issue. I have tried force stopping, deleting, un-installing / re-installing but nothing works. There must be a glitch in the app. Help please 🙏
1 ★Works when it works. No return, no help policy. Bought one too many? ahhp money's ours, problem's yours. Club doesn't like groups of more than 3? Oh, too bad for you, our policy says it's your problem. Have no choice for some things here, but it's just another faceless app that treats you like trash...
1 ★I would literally rather pay another $20 per ticket to a scalper than deal with this app. They claim to ward off third parties, but they are an inescapable 3rd party. I am not confident I will be able to access the tickets I've paid for, and I worry about the safety of my data
1 ★Incredibly unprofessional, they can not figure out how to send four digit codes. The only company in the world that can get a million people to say "god I wish we were buying tickets from Ticketmaster" They refuse to help you if you email them and they never send four digit codes when they say they did. A complete disaster of a company.
1 ★The app is fine, if this was an app I had chosen to install it would get 4 or 5 stars. But I didn't choose to install it, it's apparently the only way to get my tickets, and so I'm stuck with an app I don't want. Because that is absolutely stupid, it gets 1 star. Do better.
1 ★A friend sent me a ticket bought on his name through email, downloaded the app, registered my name, but when clicking view tix in the email there is an error saying no tickets. Why not simply use a pdf or pass like Ticketswap...
