5 ★Great app, great product, great support! Taking care of our very active doodle has gotten much easier since we've been able to track her activity levels. Navigating the app takes a little getting used to at first, but if you use it frequently it becomes second nature very quickly. The times that we've had issues the and used the in app support, everyone we spoke to was very helpful and quick to respond.
5 ★Great to see how much exercise my Otis does and so much more plus having other doggy friends is great.
5 ★I have only had this for a week, but I can't even begin to express how helpful this has been in helping my dog and motivating me to be active. I can see how little sleep he is getting, which helps me to tell when his hips hurt and when a long walk would be a bad idea. I will totally purchase more of these as I get more dogs, and I am even considering getting one for my cat! :) And the support agents are just fricken amazing!
5 ★I had a lot of issues at the beginning trying to sink the fitbark, it was just not working, however I voice what was happening before I return it and the customer service and technical support were just amazing. They continued trying to help me until they figure out the issue. Now the fitbark is working great and I'm even thinking about getting one for the rest of my dogs.
5 ★First Fitbark worked great but had a problem with battery life. Contacted Fitbark and had a replacement in a few days along with prepaid return label for the defective one. Battery life is excellent now! Love the product as I can monitor my dog's activity and know when he reaches the daily goals I have set for him. Again, I must compliment Fitbark for their excellent and responsive customer service!!!
1 ★This thing is a huge pain in the butt. It doesn't sync properly and the app crashes all the time. I usually have to force quit the app multiple times to get the information to update but sometimes it doesn't track my dogs activity at all. I've submitted tickets and apparently they can't figure out why this thing doesn't work. Super frustrating user experience.
2 ★Amazing device, however it does not work with Android. we have to use our iPad to sync the data. Reading the reviews highlights this is a common problem where many users get the app stopped working error. Devs come on, you have a 5 star product and you are really letting android users down here. Fix the bloody app so we can use your fantastic product.
4 ★I like the app but i wouldnt say i love it. Its clean, it looks nice and so far its worked really well. i just find the interface a bit off putting and there are screens that i press on or come across and im not entirely certain how to interpret whats on the screen. Some in app explanations or information buttons would be nice. Overall this isgreat for keeping an eye on my dogs fitness. I thought my dog wasnt doing enough exercise but compared to some of her peers she is an olympian.
5 ★I have seen the review's, the negative comments concerned me. It seems some people are not in sync with what this does. Before you jump in the water with this take your cellphone outside, turn it on and open Google Maps. If location is set to ON in your phone watch the position dot that is you on the map. With your phone stationary. See how it moves around. IMAGINE a dog off on a running adventure, how that dots going to react. THIS IS A COST EFFECTIVE PET PROXIMITY LOCATION DEVICE!
1 ★Apps has gone down hill in a big way. Seriously drains battery with no way to turn it off. Force Stop is just temporary as it will restart itself. All-day sync now mandatory, no longer have a choice when to sync. Ads occasionally appear. Still fails to sync on occasion, locks up as much as ever. Give us a simple reliable app.
1 ★Doesn't keep accurate track of activities. Always had my dog falling short of goal. Then I found Fi. That is the best for us. Had reached out for help three times. Did adjust the goal as low as possible. With my volunteer job, I can walk 9 miles with her beside me; she gets credit for 5 miles, not fair. With Fi, I walk 3 miles with her and she gets 3 miles credit.
5 ★If you like fitbit app then you'll like this even more. Its really fitbit for dogs where the tracking cost half of what it'd cost on a human. I got the device for only 49 usd and its sooo worth it. Now I can see what other dogs average out and see if something might be off with my 2 pups. It helps me keep track of them when I am at work. I initially bought it to see how they sleep and if the chihuahua is having trouble sleeping becuz he is having trouble breathing but the app is so much fun so I ended up looking at it all day!
