1 ★No use as there is no connection between the APP and Aster ..If you book for a sample collection on the APP it doesn't get relayed to the backend team and you have to start from scratch..Not recommended.
5 ★No doubt their service is excellent. The app had problems but the latest version app has improved a lot. Love the feature of tracking my phlebotomist in real-time.

1 ★I am from Bangalore, I gave my covid swab sample 5 days ago for covid RT-PCR test. Still i haven't received my test report. These guys takes money and forget. This is a new form of business they started. Doing fraud in this difficult time we are in. Customer Care service is utter nonsense, they cant even update me on anything. And also consider yourself lucky if you manage to reach out to them. Swab collection agents also donot follow covid protocol, comes with just a mask and gloves.
