1 ★Beware this place is a scam. They have a f rating with the BBB. My experience with them is horrible. I went over an hour and a half away from my home, and got told that the assignments were no longer available. They did not pay me anything for my efforts. Their customer service will text you at 12 at midnight or 1 AM. This happened to me several times. When you do call for help, they have absolutely no idea what's going on.
2 ★So while I've made a good bit of money this app is horrible, so many issues. You sign up for jobs then they disappear and tell you that your rating will drop since you let them expire. UMMMM no those jobs disappear on their own before you even get the coupons or whatever needed for the job. There is ZERO support, if they need something they respond within seconds but if you need something they never respond. So if you have the time to deal with the so many app issues then it's the app for you.
3 ★The biggest issue is that no matter how many miles you can shrink your travel distance down to, it still lists jobs far, FAR BEYOND. +100 miles for a $7 gig? No! Literally the only app where hitting the "Enter" button when composing a message that doesn't make a new line but sends the message instead. So you end up sending a bunch of partial messages instead of making a new line or paragraph. More and more gigs require more and more work, time, and hassle for less and less money.
3 ★Used to be an amazing app. Not so much anymore :( The jobs pay less than minimum wage, no gas reimbursement, very few stores that can be done at night, and no web/phone audits. Please fix The map! We should be able to sort stores so that map displays only the stores you can claim & immedietley complete! Also, it's 2021, stop requiring we print paperwork that we could easily show the manager via our phone! Letters of authorization are a great example!
1 ★This app has poor customer service. I will get numerous texts asking me to take jobs that I can't (I have a full-time job), but when I try to sign up for an assignment on my own, it will do pending until the day of and then it will tell me it's filled. My boyfriend requested the same job I did AFTER I requested it and he was placed, but I was not. I don't recommend.
3 ★I have used this app for about a year now. Started off great doing resets for cvs and earned great money. After those werent available i still had several jobs i could do that reocurred. After a few months though they wouldnt message me back, if they did it was 2 or 3 days later. Then they started giving me bs reasons to not pay. Like blurry pictures basically. Started being an issue everytime id do it. I became very hesitant to do anything and recently was offered resets but afraid they wontpay
3 ★While this app gives you the ability to earn money whenever you would like, they are not reliable with payments and you will not realistically recieve all the money you are owed. Of the $600 and change I earned, I was shortchanged $72. Thanks to this I went from making 17 an hour to nearly minimum wage. Also the support function effectively doesn't work.
