Το συνέδριο διοργανώνεται από την Ελληνική Αιματολογική Εταιρεία (EAE) και η εφαρμογή είναι μια ευγενική χορηγία της Roche Hellas. Η EAE είναι μία από τις παλαιότερες και δυναμικότερες ιατρικές εταιρείες στην Ελλάδα. Σήμερα μετράει 60 χρόνια παρουσίας (ιδρύθηκε το 1961) και έχει 1219 μέλη. Στα πλαίσια της λειτουργούν 10 Επιστημονικά Τμήματα που καλύπτουν όλο το φάσμα της Αιματολογίας.
