1 ★Waste of time. If you incorrectly fill out the starting questionnaire at the start then it will severely limit the modules which are activated. If I wanted an app to track my symptoms, I wouldn't have chosen this one. After the first 12 weeks were up I thought here is a chance to start over an try again but no, you can only continue where you left off. I hate to think what the insurance companies are being charged for this garbage. Support from service team is also sub-par.
2 ★Völlig ungeeignet für Leute mit ADHS. Ein paar Details hätten vor der Verschreibung erwähnt werden sollen. 1.) Jedes Mal neu einloggen. 2.) Keine automatische Zwischenspeicherung. Bei einer Mahlzeit schnell im Browser geschaut, was für Zutaten noch in dem Rezept vorkommen; Eintrag nicht gespeichert und war wieder ausgeloggt. 3.) 45 min Gesundheitsfragebogen OHNE ZWISCHENSPEICHERUNG. 4.) Zwangslogout nach 20 min trotz Aktivität (lesen oder Einträge machen).
2 ★Ansatz top und inhaltlich super, da ich allerdings mehrfach täglich ausgeloggt werde bringt mir das alles recht wenig.
2 ★Inhaltlich gute App, aber technisch stellt sie meine Geduld vor die Zerreißprobe: ständig ewiges Laden nach dem Login, teils so lange dass ich es aufgebe, dann stürzt sie auch einfach ab oder gibt im Programm an, es gäbe Downloadfehler (obwohl Internet einwandfrei läuft). Für eine App, die man mehrmals täglich nutzen muss, ist das sehr schlecht. Dadurch kann ich meine Daten nicht in dem Moment tracken oder die Übungen nicht durchführen. Update und Deinstallation halfen leider nicht.

3 ★Very annoying. You have to fill out a huge questionary, if youre unlucky, it takes 45 minutes. For what? For individual content. And you dont see content they think is not recommended for you. Me: No don't do that. I want all your content. Don't hide content from me. You get paid to show me all content. Not just what you think i need. Show all content to the CUSTOMER and you can at least mark content which is recommended for the CUSTOMER. Don't hide unrecommended content at all. Disgusting. We also don't care for german law about DIGA. We all know that germany is very slow regarding technology and loves to make life harder for start ups and humans in general. Just sell the app for x euro per month if you can't remove the big questionary cause of german law. This app surely is not worth ~700 Euro. NERVA app costs 70 euro for 3 months and then your hypnotherapy is done and majority of people will have much weaker symptoms. Then after 2-5 years you need again hypnotherapy.
1 ★Unfortunately, it DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE (SEP. 2021) You can't click anywhere, you can't log in, and everything is in German. OLD REVIEW It has all the features to help you understand your IBS. THE GOOD Track lifestyle & syntoms. User friendly. Fast and easy to understand. Graphic rendering. Free (some features are for paying). It can really help you with IBS. It is extremely useful and user friendly. But without data transfer for the English version, everything is wasted.
2 ★Was a great app until early 2021 when the buttons stopped working occasionally, the app freezing often and it got very tedious and annoying to use. I just reinstalled and am shocked that these issues are still there after 6+ months! :( Edit: After 3 days it told me to re-enter my password, then deleted the past 3 days. Unusable.
2 ★Die App wollte dass ich mich erneut einlogge. Jetzt sind meine ganze Tracking-Daten (mehr als 1Jahr) aber weg. Wie bekomme ich sie wieder? Edit: erneut ein- und ausgeloggt und auch die heutige Daten sind verschwunden, ich finde aber keine Option zum Synchronisieren.
1 ★The app is suddenly in German and no other language option.Why? Was fine yesterday. Please leave an English language option as it has had since I started using the app.
