Trails End has developed a new app which digitizes your unit take order form and can accept payments from donors.
Scouts can take orders and payments directly through the app. The orders populate your unit order to the council without having to manually enter each order from the paper form, saving you time, or Scouts mark orders delivered at the time of order so they can take advantage of the built-in payment capability, but not add product to the unit order.

How to install Trail's End APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Trail's End APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

2 ★You can't see the product at all after clicking "new order". Also, only require either phone or email not their address. I think it takes too long to fill out. I know personally it is a waste of my time selling if I have to use this. I'll stick with the square reader.

2 ★Documentation?? What's that? Small print on forms? Why are so many fields required for take order?? Where do the orders go when entered??? [I entered a test order and can't see it ... as the popcorn chair, I kinda need to see things ;-) Credit card can swipe and deposit to scout bank account? Can someone tell me how? Great concept. Poor execution.

3 ★**edit edit edit** After spending several hours trading emails and on the phone with this app I'm changing my review. They were very helpful and we figured out the problem we were having. Trails end themselves not the app programmer has chosen to not allow the app to work with leader or pack/troop level trails end accts. Signing in as a scout instead of under the pack acct fixed this issue. I've changed my 1 star rating to 3 stars pending our using the app this weekend to see how it performs in the field.
2 ★It's functional, but just barely. Some of the other reviewers who aren't seeing any product to order, it's because your Council hasn't set things up right. If they had, you'd see the item list. Well, if your eyesight is good, you'd see it. The text is really tiny, at least in portrait mode. Anyway, if you can see the item list, it's fairly easy to enter quantities. The next step (entering the buyer info) pretty much destroys the idea of using this for show-and-sell events or door-to-door sales. Every field (name, address, email and phone number - even country) is required. On my device (2013 Moto X), clicking on a field to get the keyboard to appear made the field title disappear. So, you need to either remember the list of fields and keep hitting Next, or constantly close the keyboard and reopen it. Finally, when you get to the final/payment screen, things work great, assuming you enter the payment choice/format BEFORE you submit the form. Yes, it will let you "submit" a form without specifying payment. And once an order has been submitted, you can't modify it to add the payment. I think there's promise in this, but it needs work. Lots of work.
1 ★Seems pointless, nothing for them to be able to see what they can order or even pick what they are ordering, just a box to select quantity.... pretty sure there's more than one item that they are selling...
1 ★The credit card sale was charged to my card but never deposited into our scout bank account. Contacted trails-end but got no response!!
2 ★I just downloaded the app, wanting to see how it works. I am our pack's popcorn chair and needed to be able to help other parents, if needed. After several tries, I was able to log in (the app would crash) but it will not list the product line. We still have a few weeks till we really get going, but I hope it will be fixed soon. A good idea if it works.
1 ★It will not give me the options to pick products but it does for others in my pack. This seemed like a great idea but if the leaders can't even figure it out there's no I'm having my scouts use it.
