5 ★Placed an order and made the payment. But haven't received any confirmation. Can't find a customer service email address. Sent an email to the snapbook email, but no response so far. Will have to wait and watch Update- They had sent a confirmation email which my email provider classified as spam. So updating my rating

5 ★I placed an order, made the payment and everything but there is nowhere in the app that I can go to for checking the order status, nor did I get an email with my order details. There is literally no way to know that my payment has not just disappeared into a black hole. Update: I received an email from the founder with my order status. This is really good service. I am a startup founder myself and I know when someone truly cares.
2 ★I really liked the concept and I'm eager to try it out. But the app is way too slow. It takes forever to load. Please improve the speed. One more question, I'm from India; how to do the payment in USD? Since the app doesn't let me go past the home page, I've no idea about the payment.

4 ★Would be so much better if google photo was available. But you can always transfer google photo to facebook or dropbox. Hopefully it will be available in the future. Good quality easy to use better than any other options out there. Thanks snapbook will continue to use.

5 ★Good quality at a great price. I live in Switzerland and it took 5 days to arrive. Just ordered again but now just for my Instagram photos. Good work guys, keep it up!
