1 ★I wish there was a 0 STAR option. Their update lost my 6 months of my work & time For 6m I was working on a family album adding pages each month as the moments were passing, aiming at concluding the album in 1 year in Dec. After updating the app the album stops working, the team wrote an email to me saying that there is no back up of my 6 MONTHS OF WORK, INCLUDONG HOURS of work. There was not even an apology, no words 'we are sorry' and a simple word '10euro for your inconvenience '.
3 ★The application has some fails....when you use the back button or when you try to finish the order, but the Cheerz team is always opened to their social media chats, ready to help so feel free to use the app and stay in touch with Cheerz because at the end of all you will get your product, a nice and quality one 😊 thank you, guys for all the support!
2 ★Could not delete pictures to put others instead, and even when I saved my project, the project had gone back to 30 minutes before I saved it when I opened it again. Wasted a lot of time. I moved the idea of this app, but can't put more stars because of these issues.
