3 ★Vida is a great tool to support growth and change in ourselves. When it comes to things like stopping smoking, losing weight, practicing mindfulness and destressing, Vida has coaches, videos and encouragement. We all need a little support now and again. I have noticed the app can be a battery hog and still need some work. But don't let that stop you from improving your health and happiness. Give it a try.

1 ★Never worked good app did'nt play most videos l could'nt get hold of vida support either forget this!
2 ★App keeps showing reading tasks that I've already completed and they aren't numbered. It also blocks taking screen shots so I can't send what I'm seeing to my coach! Not very intuitive either--wasn't easy trying to figure out how to view/edit prior days. For months the scale they sent wouldn't sync then suddenly it started working.
3 ★It has been good to use in a motivating way. I like the health coach features. The groups feel like a waste of time to me and the calorie counter is great if you eat boxed food. I like to cook my meals and would like a recipies feature. So I can put my recipe stats in. Reminders etc are good. Stable.No crashes yet.
1 ★Vida is great, but the app is a disaster. I've been using it for over a couple months now, and initially there were no issues. It must have been a recent update that made the app horrifically slow. Like a loading spinner appearing for 15+ seconds slow. That's when logging food, but even switching between tabs or navigating to different pages in the app, 99% of the time now there is a delayed reaction where there's 2+ seconds lag. All other apps on my phone are normal, just Vida that bombed
2 ★3-4 stop tell me to rate the app! The app is ok, yet not very intuitive. The tabs at the bottom were quite confusing at first. Even now there are times that I forget what is there. Like the journey tab I assumed was what I had read, no metrics. Only recently did I see that on the top of the page there is another tab that is called plan that is where the goals are. I do like the reading a little overlap. At the same time it is not clear on the today tab if there is an order of what should or adv
1 ★Login process required verification, app didn't tell me to look for an email, and i missed it. When i did get logged in, it could not find me a coach. A timed out message said there was no connection though i had bothcell and wifi available. When i contacted support, i was required to give at least 5 pieces of information before they would respond. They helped me get logged in, but they did not respond to not finding a coach or failure to complete initial registration. I will be uninstalling.
