Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Can't login, not the first time I've experienced this. Is as if the login button isn't activated. Enter my info try to click the "login" button, nothing happens. Not even an indication of an error. Tried clearing the cache, deleting data, uninstalling/reinstalling, rebooting phone...nothing works. My login details haven't changed since the last time i logged in. 🤷
1 ★Had to uninstal temporarily. I try to reinstall and google play says it's installed. Tried to install anyway...google play has me log in a second time and then it looks like something is happening but I get a pop up that says there is "an error on our end try again". Again and again and again. What gives Zen Planner? Looks like there are a lot of folks unhappy with it but it is what our gyms are set up with.
1 ★Terrible app! Horrible feedback! My gym uses this app for scheduling, so I'm stuck with it. I get an error for no suitable calendar when I try to add a reminder, I cannot copy and paste the workout myself into a reminder, and because my gym writes their own programming instead of mindlessly throwing up benchmarks every day, I cannot track my results in the app. I sent feedback to ask about these things and got a couple emails back basically telling me what I was doing wrong and why would I need to copy and paste the workout, that my.phones settings are wrong and then copied my gym owner in and told him he should start adding the workouts as measures rather than what they are! I'd hoped they'd at least take this feedback as suggestions for improvements rather than asking why'd I'd want to do them in the first place.
1 ★Subpar at best. Whether it's by the coaches or app design, you can't keep track of everything you do. For example, if the programmed benchmark is specifically a "squat clean", there is not an option to record your results under squat clean and therefore you have to instead make two entries in both "clean" and "squat clean" if you hope to look back on those results at a later date. I'm sure this app helps gym owners collect money, but it does nothing beneficial for gym members.
3 ★Accidentally cancelling reservations while trying to navigate backwards. It appears that since I swipe upwards from the bottom left corner of my screen I cancel resevations unless I'm super careful. Its really annoying. Would love to see something that pops up and says are you sure you want to cancel this reservation?? Or perhaps move the bar that takes up the bottom half of the screen to another location. Thanks.
3 ★The app works most of the time. I do think it needs UI/UX improvement at it lags when compared to the competition. There are instances where the app fails to work. For example, you can't remove an old gym. I've tried to remove my old crossfit gym for 3 years now and can't get rid of it. Also, it sometimes tells me what I don't have an account, which I obviously do. I also use Zenplanner for my business and the above issues are more apparent to my members.
2 ★This app works sometimes, but it's frequently buggy and frustrating to use. For example: Sometimes, logging in takes a really long time, for no apparent reason. Login does not reliably work on WiFi. Sometimes, the login fails. No error is displayed, but it boots you out to the login menu and forces you to re authenticate. The login screen does not allow you to used a password manager, (like LastPass) which makes it difficult to log back in.
1 ★The app is a time machine back to the early days of apps on my old BlackBerry bold. It is slow, slow, slow! I could overlook the completely dated interface if it were at least snappy. The app also seems to periodically lose my password and force me to reenter. Sometimes I need to reset as well, which is a headache with the over-bearing requirements... it's a workout log-in app, not a bank. I only hope their fees are rock-bottom and that my gym isn't paying much money for this nonsense.
2 ★Could use some push notification handling options. Seems to randomly sign you out. Doesn't work with password managers but forces a strong password but oddly doesn't force you to sign in each time only randomly. Switching apps will not reload the Zen app, it requires that you restart the app. But you won't have to sign back in with your strong password oh poop this time you do, why? Why even force a strong password if I don't have to sign in each time? Ummm add the fingerprint sensor?
2 ★Most infuriating sign in experience. Doesn't work with password managers like LastPass. If you try it cancels all previous inputs. If you switch away from the screen to check a password, it cancels all previous inputs. Only reason this isn't 1 star is cause the app works as intended once you've signed in, not an amazing experience, but it is as intended.
2 ★Just an unpolished app. Like when searching your workout library it won't preview you last result, but scrolling down w/o a search shows your latest result. There are also duplicate items in the library (ya it might be the coach's fault but you should prevent/fix it) Never really had a problem registering for a class though.
3 ★As a partner to a gym I do like the options to tailor it to your business needs and setting up the system to work well for your business with tje automation. HOWEVER, this app to me is not client or staff friendly. My staff and myself are always on the go and being able to add in appointments, personal tasks is a Must for us. Also even though you cam customize it i do wish some of its waa basic. Zen planner and Vagaro should team up and they have a perfect app
