Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★App works well with my fitbit watch and app. Happy with rewards program, but it's cheeky . Every couple of weeks u need to do more steps to get rewards. Also they always hasve some specials on smart watches and other little things. So far i am happy with a app, never had any issues syncronysing it with any other devices. I don't use Samsung health app, so can't comment if it works together.
1 ★Pathetic app. It doesn't even cater for logical health circumstances. It keeps pushing my target up each week. I wish it had some settings to account for pregnancy. You generally can't get more and more active as you progress in pregnancy. The best I can do in 3rd trimester is try to reach 7500 steps 5 out of 7 days. This means that I will not achieve targets of 450 points!! I do aquarobics for 1 hour each week, but this cannot be recorded in the app as a workout.
4 ★Finally a way to get rewarded for being active and healthy. I found that app easily lets me sync to my Fibit, once i have already synced it. Already been able to accumulate plenty of vouchers with the weekly targets and have been rewarded for accumulating points with shopping rewards too. There are still a few things that need to be fixed up with the app, like being able to check how long i have in the quarter to get my gym cash back without having to go through the website, but overall i am happy with using it and redeeming my rewards.
1 ★Active Benefits don't work after latest update. Samsung S7. It's the main thing I use the app for. Update - I followed the instructions, which appeared to work briefly, but now have sync problems with my device. I see another update has been released, installing now and hoping the bugs have been fixed!! Another update. Nope. Can't link my device.
1 ★Not updating data from Google fit and samsung health. Can't claim for weekly reward I already completed. No response from support team to fix it.
3 ★Whilst the app works okay so far, I was REALLY DISAPPOINTED to find that it cannot sync with Samsung Health. It's basically forcing me to purchase one of their partner devices so I can earn points for tracking my activity. I don't want to juggle multiple devices when Samsung phones are already amazing at keeping track of it... super disappointed and will not be recommending AIA Vitality for this.
1 ★Frustrating as still doesn't always sync correctly with Samsung health. The app team has previously said to reinstall, I've reinstalled too many times now and it's not just me according to reviews. Update: as has been going for a long time, I've followed the app fix advice and it isn't infact fixed. Sometimes I wonder if it's intentional from the company as the last cashback I received from AIA for the program took months and many emails, due to apparent admin and later apparent IT Iissues...😅
2 ★Unreliable syncing with Google fit which doesn't record nutrition, I use FitSum - a popular app - for my nutrition and fitness for the most part anyway and I don't want to have to buy and wear a Fitbit when my phone works just fine as a tracker. Really need to upgrade guys, the point system was one of the main reasons I chose you and it feels like a ripoff.
1 ★The integration with Google fit is unreliable, inconsistent and largely useless. I have weeks where the data in Google fit is similar and in the AIA app will score zero points one time and 150 points another time. The points the AIA app gives is not consistent with either what Google fit shows or my actual activity. I was on holidays and less active yet according to the AIA app I scored more. Most weeks AIA scores me zero and then randomly It will give me a score.
1 ★It won't sync my Garmin device, so is useless. So Phoebe responds with some "helpful" advice on how to link my device, which i already know doesn't work, because I have done it about 20 times already. So not only does the app not work, but the support are unhelpful.
5 ★Steps don't capture on Samsung Health with Samsung watch. Used to capture 2/3 days correctly, even though I'd have to complete >15k steps to register. With new update, not capturing any steps. This app used to be great. Have tried the remedy multiple times as directed without a fix. Edit 08.08.20 - Latest update seems to have rectified issue with Samsung health. 👍
1 ★Deeply disappointing for owners of Polar devices. 10 weeks now I've been waiting for the AIA and Polar interface to connect. "Pending" constantly. AIA support are absolutely useless. The tell you as a workaround to email us the screenshots of daily activity so they can manually allocate achievements/ points. No points ever received. Support advise that I should check with Polar. Um, maybe you should fix your crappy app. Sadly, this also reflects poorly on Polar.
