Sacha Cosmetics was founded 35 years ago in Trinidad and Tobago, one of the most cosmopolitan countries in the world. It was our vision to develop a cosmopolitan brand of cosmetics that would look equally exquisite on both light and exotic skin tones.Our company started as and continues to be a family-owned business, passionately committed to the philosophy that a woman’s makeup must enhance her natural beauty, not hide it. To accomplish this we worked tirelessly to develop a line of natural-looking foundations that would perfectly match today’s diverse skin tones. Our Second Skin foundations are formulated to provide excellent coverage with a lightweight feel. They never look or feel oily. They provide superior sun protection and never look chalky or ashy even in the brightest lighting.
To ensure that women never look white or grey in bright light or photos, we developed our Buttercup Powder. It is completely flash-friendly, has superior oil-absorbency and is so finely milled that it fills in fine lines and pores, leaving a smooth, matte, flawless finish.
Our makeup colors are exquisite and vibrant and stand out beautifully even on hot, humid days. Our eye shadows are designed to look equally beautiful on all skin tones and the color you see in the container is the color you get on your skin. They have excellent staying power and look “just applied” for several hours. Our lip colors have an exquisite light feel while our Intense Lipsticks provide amazing color with a “pop” that can be seen a mile away.
Our products have been used by makeup artists at several major international beauty events such as when SACHA was the Official Cosmetics of the 1999 Miss Universe, the 2000 Miss USA Pageant, the 2011 Miss Bahamas Pageant and the 2014 Miss Panama Pageant.
