Description

Built with the chronic illness and chronic pain communities in mind, Chronicle is a simple and holistic symptom tracker that was built on three guiding principles. First, that any symptom tracker needs to be fast, easy, and customizable to suit each user's individual needs and to promote daily use . Secondly, that the information can be accessed and summarized in meaningful ways that let the user observe trends in symptom severity. And lastly, that the information be exportable so it can be shared with healthcare professionals.

Chronicle allows you to record:
- Symptom occurrences, severity, and any descriptive information you want to record
- Medications taken
- Any daily events or occurrences that may affect symptoms

These records and their relationships can be visualized in a graphical summary over a 7-60 day period, allowing you to see how symptoms, medications, and events relate and affect chronic symptoms and illnesses, with the hope of facilitating more effective conversations with your healthcare provider. Additionally, the raw data of your records can be exported to Google Drive in a CSV file format, which can then be shared with your Doctor, or imported into a spreadsheet document for further manipulation.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★It's alright
1 ★I gave it 1 star and would change my score if they add one thing. I have aprogram that I used to log my nausea before I saw this one. I would changemy rating if there is a way to add a past nausea symptom so I can enter inmy entries from the previous app. I would change my rating to 5 Stars ifthis was added.
5 ★I have several complex diseases, it is nice to be able to track all of mysymptoms in the same app. Would be helpful if you would add a way also logmedications though
3 ★This worked for a while but then crashed. Ads constantly interrupted using the app.
1 ★App is illegible on a LG K20 Plus. Buttons overlapping and hanging overtext. App unusable.
4 ★new user
4 ★If editing of entry was available would be perfect also would pay for ad free
3 ★No option to edit entries
4 ★I have spent a lot of time trying to find the best pain and symptom tracker app. I have paid for some, tried them for months, tried some free ones or free versions. This surprisingly seems the best I have found so far. It may not have all the bells and whistles or pretty themes of others, but it has all the functions and customizability I could want but is still simple, except for two very important things. It would be really, really helpful to be able to edit past logs/entries, not just delete them. Also, it would be very helpful to be able to log past symptoms that you have written down elsewhere etc. These two features would make this app absolutely perfect, and I was so disappointed when I realized these intuitive and seemingly obvious options are not there.
4 ★Easy to navigate and use. 100% customization is wonderful. I wish events were deletable just like symptoms are in case you make a mistake when entering those. Also, there appears to be a bug where I can't delete custom symptoms I've created despite being presented with the option and tapping delete.
4 ★I think this could be very helpful so I'm trying out out. A couple things though: 1) pressing the back button on my phone send me back to the main page which can be frustrating. 2) sometimes information is covered up, such as when searching logs. 3) would be nice to be able to edit logs when you accidentally log the wrong time, or go back and log things for the previous day. Overall though, I think it's a great start.
5 ★Very customizable to cover nearly any chronic illness. Layout is easy to use during high pain episodes. The option to change the colour scheme is wonderful during migraines.
