2 ★I started out liking this app then it started to have issues. Then the issues were getting fixed. One morning I was trying to download a few receipts that I had. I was unable to do so. A message saying server error try again Kept coming up on the screen. After a few days of this happening it started my account all the way over. I was never able to redeem any of my points for the gift cards and I had a lot. Now they have me on a waiting list and won't start my account back up. This app could be a scam.
1 ★First they removed guaranteed prizes. Now with the update, all accounts were deleted without warning for a new system and all credits were removed with it. What a scam. To add salt to the wound, previous members have to wait on a list to make a new account after their old one was suddenly deleted.
3 ★Got the latest update and can no longer get into my account. Says basically that there is limited membership and have to wait. Why do I have to wait for an opening when I already have an account? Was doing ok with this app until this update. Thinking of uninstalling.
1 ★What a waste of time! I had over 35000 stars and after the update decided to redeem them for amazon gift cards. Well I kept getting a server error so emailed them a support ticket. The next day I logged in for my daily check in and all my stars were gone and yet I never received my amazon gift cards! Sent in another support ticket and guess what its been 3 days and still no answer. Guess Im not too surprised since I had an old support ticket still open from nearly a month ago that no one answered. Don't waste your time like I did using this app! What a damn scam!
1 ★When I 1st signed up, you could get Amazon gift cards for x amount of stars. When the app updated, that option went away. Kind of disappointed about this , but can still get for buying x amount of certain items. Edited review: I have now dropped my review to 1 star. Wish I could go lower. Haven't been able to get into account for a few days. Looks like my stars are back to zero. Please straighten out the bugs and I will increase stars again.
5 ★I have no idea why everybody says this is a horrible app. I have had this application since probably March and I've already won several raffles. I have won a bottle of Beyonce perfume as well as a gaming mouse. I think the prizes are pretty good considering you were already going to buy the items you bought anyways so this is just an extra little prize on top.
2 ★Very poor customer service. I am having issues with just stopping before I can even do anything. I have sent numerous help rewu yet haven't heard anything back from anyone. .like to know if anyone else is having the same issues. I loved this app but this is putting a whole new spin on it. Well again I get no help regarding the app not working. Go to scan an the app shuts down.
1 ★This app is a disappointment. I've been a member for about 8 months now, and I've been outed, saying that I'm on a waiting list???? I'm going to try to uninstall and reinstall but if that doesn't work then I'll be uninstalling it for good.
1 ★I had an account that just happened to no longer exist. I had alot of points and have none now and I have to wait to in line and be notified when it's my turn to have another account and start all over. Horrible app.
1 ★Original review: Not only is it a great user interface and way for me to itemize my weekly groceried but they also have amazing benefits and customer support. Updated review: Absolute bs that my original account isnt recognized and there's a waitlist. Total garbage.
1 ★I have had snapstar for months now all of suuden i cant get in it is saying limited spots. I am already member and have lofs points. Cant even get in app to complain. I was happy for a while but this is unacceptable. Thinking about uninstalling the app. Looks like from ratings i am not only one happening too.
2 ★After spending a number of months on this app, and enduring several changes to the app which resulted in all of my points being wiped out at least twice, I finally got up enough points to be able to cash out for my first $5 Amazon gift card. They sent me a code that had already been redeemed by someone else. I immediately contacted support, and after eventually sending them a message accusing them of being a scam, 3 weeks after my initial report, they finally sent me a working gift code. Be very wary of this app.
