3 ★Great delivery app but too may bugs inside the application. I can't rate the drivers service as I've clicked the submit button it says no internet connection but I am connected to Wifi. Seems to have internal errors
1 ★Drivers have the ability to cancel your booking without you knowing it. Kaya minsan akala mo papunta na, yun pala kinancel pala ng mga hinayupak (and the app wont even notify you when the driver cancelled it unless you manually check the status of your booking). Akala mo all along nag aantay ka un pala nag aantay ka sa wala. Madaming ganitong drivers dito. Unlike Lalamove and Grab, mataas ng slight ang fee pero the quality is proven.
1 ★STRESSSSS. Uninstalled the app same day I installed it. Jusme. I tried this app kasi bago but hindi siya okay. I booked and waited for almost 10 minutes so i decided to cancel and chose another courier. Yun pala nabook na! Nadouble booking tuloy lalamove and toktok.Yung isa kong booking sainyo I needed to cancel kasi wala kayo provided na bag, then I had to input ALL DETAILS AGAIN! aksaya sa oras. Fix your app!!!
4 ★Still needs improvement. Hirap minsan magdetect and input ng pinned locs and locations. Tracking hindi real time (unlike sa grab and lalamove na kita na umaandar sa map si rider dito hindi. Hindi mo alam kung nasaan na ba si rider para maabangan) Same with Mr. Speedy hindi makapagshare ng tracking link (i dont know if meron but as of now wala akong makita talaga na way to share the link sa sender or receiver) What i like is cheaper rates compared to other delivery apps.
1 ★Ordered from 0.67km away resto delivery charge is 100 pesos and my order was just 108 pesos. Delivery charge is not even indicated to my order details there was this thing says "amount 100 pesos", amount of what? i will never use this app again terrible mahal pa kayo sa food panda at grab. Mamaw
5 ★I really like how deliveries are easy to book and how fast riders accept it. It has a lot of features specially now w/ the pabili. Riders are super friendly also! Another is the app is user friendly.
4 ★I could say that the app's interface is not user-friendly and it still has a lot of room for improvement. Either way, I love your booking system, it's fast and efficient.
1 ★Your maps do not update realtime. Clueless of the location of the rider. I hope you improve more. I just think that you deployed the tool earlier before all the functionalities work the way it should be.
1 ★can't use the app after the update... would always ask for the item to be purchased and would not recognise anything you type in it... the app sucks... wasted my time
3 ★Needs a lot of improvement. UI isn't very efficient. It's hard to repeat orders. You have to input everything each time.
4 ★We'll continue to use this app because the rates are reasonable but please improve it. Even if we get notifications, the application does not update.
