Tok-Tok es una aplicación gratuita del Ayuntamiento de Pamplona-Iruña que te permite gestionar tus accesos puntuales con vehículo al Casco AntiguoEl Plan para la Amabilización del Centro es un nuevo modelo de ciudad que comienza su implantación paulatinamente en septiembre de 2017. El plan prioriza al peatón, al ciclista y al transporte urbano. Se han creado calles peatonales, un nuevo carril bici y paradas de trasporte urbano más cercanas al Casco Antiguo. Se han ampliado aceras y convertido zonas de aparcamiento, en zonas verdes de uso exclusivo para el aparcamiento de residentes.

Las normas reguladoras de accesos y circulación en el Casco Antiguo de la ciudad publicadas en el BON 205 del 24 de octubre de 2017, regulan el acceso, estancia y circulación de los vehículos por el Casco Antiguo de la Ciudad teniendo en cuenta la estrechez de sus calles, la singularidad de la mayor parte de sus negocios, el intenso tráfico peatonal, la necesidad de estacionamiento o las características específicas de todas las zonas monumentales.
