Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★My experience has been terrible with this app. It works when it wants to. I need it to work so my doctor can access how I am doing.
1 ★Today, it's giving me a message that it wants me to uninstall the OneTouch app. This is unacceptable! I've had these 2 apps working together for 8 months now. All I had to do is force stop the Health Ally app after use, and they play fine together. You need to fix this message on your end! Update: This app was updated, and the message is still not dismissable. Let me make it clear. Between the 2 apps, I'll uninstall this one before I'll uninstall the OneTouch app.
1 ★This app refuses to open on my S25 Ultra. Can't upload readings. Luckily still have my iPhone 12 Pro which I'm using to upload my blood sugar levels to my doctor. iOS version works way smoother than the android version.
1 ★This app has data syncing problems it needs work.
1 ★Not able to see reading; app keep stopping. App not connecting with phone at all 0%. Please help.
1 ★This app does not work. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstal the app. It takes forever for the app to sync with the device. Lots of time spent trying to figure out how this all works because it doesn't.
2 ★Upgraded my glucose meter 2 years ago, installed without problems. Now, at random time (days to weeks), the app reverts back to my old meter, and all syncing stops until I delete it and reinstall link the new meter by bluetooth. My doctor can't monitor my readings if the sync stops. I tried clearing memory and cache and a full reinstall, but nothing fixed it. How can it reset to my old meter after clearing memory and reinstalling? This is a major issue for me, otherwise the app is ok.
2 ★The app keeps on crashing.
1 ★Keep blocking me out.
2 ★I've had this app and the One Touch Verio Flex app for years without problems until now. I need both apps. Now your app is dictating to remove my One Touch Verio Flex app which disabled me to update my meal log for that reading in this KP Health Ally app. Please fix your software ASAP thanks and Happy 2025 New Year 🥂
